• Email correspondence: any messages you send to hello@smiling-boy.com or other Smiling Boy LLC addresses.
• Aggregate analytics: page views, top pages, referrers, and country, collected through Cloudflare Web Analytics. This data is anonymous and does not use cookies or fingerprinting.

We do not use advertising trackers, third-party marketing pixels, or cookies that identify you personally.

How we use it

Where it's stored

Form submissions are delivered to our inbox via Resend and stored in Google Workspace. Analytics data is processed by Cloudflare. These providers act as data processors on our behalf and have their own privacy commitments.

Retention

We keep contact-form submissions and email correspondence for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and the engagement that may follow — typically up to 24 months after our last interaction. You can request deletion at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Request deletion of your information.
• Object to certain uses.
